C.        Retail Customers:         

            For the first 1,000 gallons or any portion thereof in a monthly billing period:

             5/8 inch meter -            $15.49 per month

             1 inch meter -               $20.99 per month

             1.5 inch meter -            $29.24 per month

             2 inch meter -               $31.99 per month

             3 inch meter -               $40.79 per month

             4 inch meter -               $52.89 per month

             6 inch meter -               $64.99 per month

   For use in excess of 1,000 gallons in a monthly billing period:

   $5.29 per 1,000 gallons
