BOIL ORDER NOTICE

March 24, 2026

Because of a drop in water pressure on our system the Otter Lake Water Commission is issuing a boil order to all customers North and East of our Booster Station located on Route 104, Auburn (approx 351 customers). Affected customers will be notified by our automated call system. Please note that this may take up to 72 hours to get sample results. Once this notice is able to be lifted we will update our website and issue another automated call notification. Please contact our office at 217-965-1566 if you have any questions.
