The Otter Lake Water Commission no longer has an active boil order notice in effect for its customers. We will be using our call notification system to notify all 289 customers that were affected. Please contact our office at 217-965-1566, if you have any questions. (Even though our company is contracted by other towns to provide their billing services, you are not considered a direct customer of Otter Lake Water Commission, you are a customer of the town for example: Thayer, Tovey, Nilwood, etc)
